01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at www.the-mandate-group.com and all services provided by The Mandate Group ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing our website, submitting an order form, or engaging our services in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

02 About The Mandate Group

The Mandate Group is a cryptocurrency facilitation intermediary incorporated under the laws of the State of Montana, United States. We act as a facilitator — connecting clients with regulated liquidity partners to enable the purchase and sale of cryptocurrencies for fiat currency.

We do not operate as a cryptocurrency exchange, custodian, broker-dealer, or investment adviser. We do not provide investment advice, and nothing on our website or in our communications constitutes a recommendation to buy or sell any asset.

03 Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or entity at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

04 KYC / AML Requirements

No order will be confirmed or executed until the client has successfully completed our KYC / AML onboarding process. A secure verification link will be sent to the client's registered email address upon receipt of an order.

As part of our compliance obligations, we are required to:

Failure to complete KYC or provide requested documentation will result in your order being cancelled. We reserve the right to decline or terminate the business relationship if compliance requirements cannot be satisfied.

KYC verification is conducted by our third-party compliance partner, Didit. By using our services you consent to your data being processed by Didit for this purpose.

05 Order Process & Execution

The order process operates as follows:

Submitted orders are not binding until confirmed in writing by The Mandate Group. Pricing provided at the time of order submission is indicative only and subject to market conditions at the time of execution.

06 Pricing & Fees

Our fee structure is applied as follows for buy orders:

For sell orders, the equivalent deductions apply to the proceeds of the sale before fiat is remitted to the client.

All fees will be disclosed and agreed upon in writing before order execution. The Mandate Group reserves the right to adjust its fee schedule with reasonable notice.

07 Network & Mining Fees

Network / mining fees are entirely outside the control of The Mandate Group. These fees are determined by the blockchain network at the time of the on-chain transaction and are variable. The actual cryptocurrency amount received by the client may be slightly less than the quoted amount due to network fees deducted at the point of settlement.

The Mandate Group accepts no liability for fluctuations in network fees. We will endeavour to inform you of estimated network fees where possible, but these estimates are not guaranteed.

08 Settlement & Delivery

Settlement timelines are indicative and subject to:

The Mandate Group is not liable for delays caused by blockchain network conditions, banking intermediaries, or third-party service providers. Once a cryptocurrency transaction has been broadcast to the network, it cannot be reversed.

You are solely responsible for providing accurate wallet addresses and bank account details. The Mandate Group cannot recover funds sent to incorrect addresses provided by the client.

09 Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled prior to written confirmation by The Mandate Group without penalty. Once an order has been confirmed and funds received, cancellation may not be possible.

If an order cannot be executed due to compliance failures, market conditions, or other reasons within our control, we will return the client's funds, less any third-party costs already incurred. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method where possible.

Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile. We do not offer refunds based on subsequent price movements after an order has been executed.
